In a nationwide poll excluding Jeju Island, 1,769 Koreans aged 13 and above voiced their opinions. The critical question: "Who were the most active drama actors in 2023?" The responses are a fascinating mix of familiar faces and rising stars.

First place is clinched by Nam Koongmin, with a commanding 20.2% for his role in “My Dearest (인연)” Close behind, Park Eun-bin, last year's winner, secures second place for her performance in “Castaway Diva (무인도의 디바)” In a close third, “The Glory (더 글로리)” star Song Hye-kyo mesmerizes viewers, followed by Ahn Eun-jin's dual roles in “My Dearest” and “Bad Mom (나쁜 엄마)”


The Top Ten Unveiled

The list continues with Song Joong-ki in fifth for “Reborn Rich (재벌집 막내아들)” Choi Soo-jong in sixth for “Korea–Khitan War (고려 거란 전쟁)” and Kim Hae-sook in seventh with “Strong Girl Nam-soon (힘쎈여자 강남순)” Tied for eighth are Han Suk-kyu, Go Doo-shim, and Kim Hye-soo, each making their distinct mark on the industry.

The survey also highlighted other stars like Cha Eun-woo, Lee Jun-ho, and more, each contributing significantly to the vibrant world of K-dramas.
